An incident of malicious damage occurred at a reception centre in the city of Kotka on 13 June 2010. In total, 7 windows of the reception centre were broken. Later on during the night a three-meter tall wooden cross, with some kind of fuel beneath it, was found at the other end of the reception centre. The police are as of yet unaware of the identity of the perpetrator.
