The criminal court number 16 of Barcelona has sentenced to eight months in prison for a crime against the moral integrity to Sergi Xavier Martín for racist assaults to a child of Ecuadorian origin.
This assault happened in October 2007.
A racist attack took place on October 7, 2007, when the convicted, a resident of Santa Coloma de Cervelló (Barcelona), robbed and kicked a girl of 15 years from Ecuador while he threw improper racist coments whilst on a train which was full at the time.
