A swastika was painted on the door of the Embassy of Israel in Helsinki on 10.8.2006. In addition, the windows of a nearby kosher-shop were daubed with offensive scrawls. The Embassy of Israel and the Jewish Community of Helsinki both report that they have also received hate mail and antisemitic threats.
