The Plenipotentiary for Equal Treatment of the President of the city of Warsaw was appointed in  Ferbruary 2010. One of the first steps taken by the Plenipotentiary was to establish the Social Dialogue Committee for Equal Treatment, in which NGOs have been invited to participate. The most important outcome of this work is the creation of the program "Warsaw Diversity". The program aims to counteract discrimination in Poland’s capital and shall be implemented in autumn 2011.
