New antidiscrimination legislation

On December 2010 the Act on the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the European Union on Equal Treatment has been passed. The new law transposes the Racial Equality Directive and divides responsibilities of the Special Body between the Human Rights Defender and the Government Plenipotentiary for Equal Treatment.
