The Bulgarian Commission for Protection against Discrimination (CPD) announced its decision on the complaint against article 14 of the Ordinance for Public Policy of the Municipality of Pazardzhik, which states: 'The public demonstration and expression of sexual and other orientation is forbidden".
By Decision № 107/11.05.2010 the Commission ruled that the City Council has committed direct discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and prescribes the Council to repeal the provision.
