Iraqi stabbed to death in Leipzig
On 24 October 2010, a 19-year old Iraqi was attacked with punches and pepper spray by two men and then stabbed in the stomach by the 33-year old perpetrator. The victim died from exsanguination in the hospital later that day. The regional court Leipzig sentenced the 33-year old main perpetrator to thirteen years in prison for murder and his 29-year old complice to three years in prison for aggravated battery.
The main perpetrator stabbed the victim because the ´foreigner forfeited his life` as he was in battle with his ´comrade` (Kamerad). The court recognized racist motives.
