Police stop making racist raids against immigrants.
The Police Department has approved a statement by which prohibit quotas for immigration detention and raids "indiscriminate". This document seeks to remove any ambiguity in the maintenance of public safety and ensuring the rights and freedoms.
The document also specifies the IDs of people who will be made grounds for believing in a balanced, respectful and so generate less impact in the area of the individual. These instructions reiterate the prohibition of actions unnecessary, arbitrary, unfair or involving an abuse of the powers the law gives the Forces of State Security.
