A group of extremists attacked and stabbed a Pakistani immigrant in Attiki station of the Athens Metro in the night of Sunday, 17 June 2012, day of the repeat national elections. An amateur video, uploaded on youtube, shows a group of unknown persons in black tshirts hunting and attacking the victim with no reaction from neither passersby, nor a metro security guard present near the incident. According to the youtube user who uploaded the video, the perpetrators were members of the neo-Nazi Golden Dawn group. The victim was hospitalised [1 & 2].
