This report is based on the data and the research conducted by the ERRC and Númena; it evaluates the impact of the devices carried out in social services in Czech Republic, France and Portugal, thanks to the National Plans for Social Inclusion. These devices aim to favor Roma people and Travelers to effectively access to social services, and thus to favor the social inclusion of the members of these groups.
