Monitoring racism, discrimination and hate crimes on Polish and Ukrainian football 2009-2011The report on racism in Polish and Ukrainian football was created as a result of the efforts of the Racism Monitoring Centre in Eastern Europe, established by the Association 'NEVER AGAIN' and the network Football Against Racism in Europe (FARE), with the support of UEFA. It describes almost 200 racist and xenophobic incidents that occurred in the two countries during the 18 months between September 2009 and March 2011.
