Qualitative Info |
There is a financing line of structural funds that promotes initiatives focusing on equal opportunities and non-discrimination in the field of employment. Numerous non-governmental organizations and trade unions accessed these money in the last three years and they implemented projects aiming to combat racism and discrimination at the workplace. However, there is no thorough evaluation which of these initiatives represent good practices. By good practices, we understand initiatives that satisfy a minimum of criteria such as sustainability, effectiveness and impact, transferability, review and assessment built into it, participation of beneficiaries and other stakeholders involved in the design, planning, evaluation, review, assessment and implementation. |
