The national action plan on integration does contain some elements of community cohesion but without necessarily identifying them as such. In theory, all actions foreseen under the plan are directed towards cohesion, some more than others. Not all actions foreseen were implemented at the time of writing and no tangible results can be seen from those actions which have been implemented. |
