The International League against Racism and Anti-Semitism is one of the key French NGOs fighting against anti-Semitism and all forms of racism. It was founded in 1928 and it is considered nowadays as an authority in legal expertise on combating this kind of discriminations. The LICRA was actually one of the NGOs playing a leading role of advocacy to adopt the Law against racism of 1972. There are also the Committee against Islamophobia, the Service for the Protection of the Jewish Community, SOS Racisme Association. |
