Qualitative Info |
There is evidence of police violence against migrants and minorities in custody, especially during deportation procedures. In particular, the National Commission of Ethics in Security area notes in its Annual Report the death of a detainee due to the lack of medical assistance in 2008, incorrect information given to foreigners on their deportation and the fact that children are taken to the border without legal justification.
