Law 3304/2005 covers all grounds of discrimination as in EU Directives, but it does not cover additional discrimination grounds. In its 4th report for Greece, ECRI notes that: While recognizing that the adoption of Law 3304/2005 is a positive step in the fight against, inter alia, racial discrimination, ECRI recommends extending its scope to discrimination based on colour, language and nationality as recommended in its General Policy Recommendation No.7 on national legislation to combat racism and racial discrimination.
